DataGini is an online dataset generator powered by advanced language models (LLMs) that creates hyperrealistic datasets based on user descriptions. This service is owned and operated by Tabularis GmbH, a German limited liability company registered in Baden-Württemberg.
By using DataGini, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Acceptance of these terms is confirmed by checking the agreement box during registration. For free trial usage without an account, we assume your acceptance of these terms. - "Service" refers to the DataGini web application and all its features.
- "User" means any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service.
- "Dataset" refers to any data generated using the DataGini platform.
- "LLM" stands for Large Language Model, the AI technology powering DataGini.
- "We", "Us", "Our" refers to Tabularis GmbH.
- "You", "Your" refers to the user of the Service.

Users are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information during registration
- Maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of their account
- Ensuring they are at least 18 years old or have obtained parental consent to use the Service
DataGini allows users to generate datasets by describing their requirements in natural language. Our LLM technology interprets these descriptions to create custom datasets.
It is crucial to understand that all data generated by DataGini is 100% synthetic and artificial. These datasets do not represent real individuals or facts. The data solely reflects user input or the result of a non-representative LLM inference.
Limitations:
- Users should never rely on these datasets as factual or representative of reality.
- The sole purpose of these datasets is for use as test data.
- The generated data has no connection to real-world situations or individuals.
The DataGini platform is wholly owned by Tabularis GmbH, Bildungscampus 1, 74076 Heilbronn, Germany.
Content rights:
- For test mode usage without registration, all rights to created content remain with Tabularis GmbH.
- For the free version with registration, only private use of created content is permitted.
- Paid subscriptions allow for commercial use of created content.
In all cases, users should always indicate that the content is 100% synthetic, AI-generated, and does not represent real facts or individuals.

Upgrades can be purchased after free registration on our platform. Cancellation is possible on a monthly basis in accordance with EU law.

Refund policy:
- Refunds are excluded once a dataset has been generated.
- Cancellation requests must be sent to our support team at info@tabularis.ai within one week of purchase.
- No other refunds are possible.
Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
- Using DataGini for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Generating datasets that promote hate speech, violence, or discrimination
- Creating or distributing misinformation or content intended to deceive
- Attempting to collect or share personal information about other users
- Using copyrighted material without permission
Users agree to use the Service in an ethical manner, avoiding the creation of misleading or harmful data.
Our service is fully GDPR compliant and meets all applicable German data protection regulations. For further details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
All generated datasets and associated prompts are used to improve our service without utilizing any additional personal data from users.
Users are solely responsible for the content they generate. In case of legal violations, the user is liable for the created content.
Prohibited content includes but is not limited to:
- Violence
- Pornography or sexually explicit material
- Hate speech or discriminatory content
- Personal identification information
- Copyrighted material without permission
Reporting violations:
Users who notice violations are encouraged to report them via email to info@tabularis.ai.
If we detect violations, we reserve the right to delete content and even terminate accounts without prior warning. In case of account termination, we will end the subscription at the end of the current month and block the email address and other identifiers of the offending user.
DataGini is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Tabularis GmbH makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the service's reliability, availability, or suitability for any purpose.
Tabularis GmbH shall not be liable under any circumstances for damages resulting from the use of generated content. Users utilize the generated content at their own risk. Tabularis GmbH is not responsible for content created by users.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tabularis GmbH disclaims all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the service.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tabularis GmbH, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the service or violation of these terms.
Users may terminate their account at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing cycle, in accordance with EU law.
Tabularis GmbH reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, as previously described. Upon termination:
- Access to the service will be revoked
- Any outstanding fees will become immediately due
- User-generated content may be deleted or retained at Tabularis GmbH's discretion
Tabularis GmbH reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time. We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be promptly notified of any changes via email or through the service. Continued use of DataGini after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with this agreement is the registered office of Tabularis GmbH.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If negotiations fail, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with German arbitration law.
Users waive their right to participate in a class action lawsuit against Tabularis GmbH.
Tabularis GmbH respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law.
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our copyright agent with the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity
- Contact information for the complainant
- A statement that the complainant has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complainant is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

DataGini may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Tabularis GmbH. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
Users acknowledge and agree that Tabularis GmbH shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
The failure of Tabularis GmbH to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the user and Tabularis GmbH regarding the use of DataGini and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
